Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Apple — the stable identifier Apple gives us. Apple may supply a private relay address instead of your real one; that is fine, we use it only to contact you about the service.
Sign-in. Signing in with Google or Apple tells us the account identifier that provider issues for you, and the e-mail address and name you allow them to share. We never receive your password. Apple may give you a private relay address instead of your own, and that works fine here.
Your collection. The bags you record, their condition, and anything optional you add such as what you paid, the year, or private notes.
Profile. A display name, handle, and any social links you choose to add. Your profile visibility is yours to set: public, private, or hidden from search entirely.
Usage. Pages viewed and actions taken, so we can see what works and fix what does not.
What we do with it
To run the service: value your collection, show you your history, and let people you have approved see what you have chosen to share. To improve it. To contact you about your account or a bag you asked to be alerted about.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell your holdings, and we do not tell resellers what you own.
What other people can see
- Public profile: your display name, handle, bag count, the houses you collect, and your holdings and their estimated value.
- Private profile: your name, handle, bag count and the houses you collect — but not the bags themselves or their value — until you approve a follower.
- Hidden profile: nothing. You do not appear in search at all.
What you paid is never shown to anyone else unless you explicitly turn that on for a shared portfolio.
Who we share it with
Service providers who host and run the product for us, under contract. Anyone you have chosen to share with. Authorities, where the law requires it.
Keeping it
We keep your data while your account is open. Delete your account and your holdings and profile go with it. Some records are retained where we are legally required to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Account deletion is available on the Settings page and in the app, and takes effect immediately; for anything else, contact us at legal@luxfolio.app and we will respond within the period the law allows.

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies, principally to keep you signed in. See our Cookie Policy.
Children
Luxfolio is not intended for under-16s and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will post any change here and update the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app.
