Something wrong, or a piece missing? Write to hello@luxfolio.app and a person will answer.
Where do your prices come from?
Each mark is the median asking price across resale listings we observe, quoted at Excellent condition and adjusted along a condition ladder. Every piece page shows how many listings sit behind its figure and when it was last refreshed. Where there are too few observations to be honest about, we publish no mark rather than a guess.
Is a mark what my piece is worth?
No. A mark is an observation of what sellers are asking, not what buyers paid and not an appraisal. It assumes the piece is authentic and as described. Treat it as a reference point for a conversation, not as a valuation for insurance, resale or tax.
Why does one piece say “retail est.”?
Because that retail figure is our own estimate rather than a price published by the house. We label it wherever it appears so a premium-to-retail figure built on it is never mistaken for a sourced one.
My piece is not in the catalogue.
Search the ticker first — the grammar is HOUSE.MODEL.COLOUR.MATERIAL.HARDWARE, so HRM.BRK25 finds every Birkin 25 we carry. If it genuinely is not there, email us and we will add it. A configuration enters the catalogue once enough real listings agree it exists.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Menu → Delete my account. It removes your collection, your watchlist, your posts and your follows, permanently and immediately. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
Does Luxfolio buy or sell anything?
No. We do not buy, sell, broker or authenticate. We are not affiliated with any house, and brand names are used only to say whose piece is being priced.
